Serena Razão, founded in 2009, offers various services, including tours, activities, and hotels throughout the entire area of Central Portugal. Our office is located in Ferreira do Zêzere, with customer service facilities in Tomar.

Our best-known tourism product is the One Ticket Tour ® - the only public transport trip in Portugal. Our tours take in some of the most popular tourist attractions in the interior of the country. On our various circuits, you can combine a relaxing train journey with a bus and boat ride in the beautiful waters and mountain scenery. Along the way, you can add overnight stays in exciting locations and participate in many varied activities.

Our trips are based on public transport such as trains, boats and buses and we strive to ensure they match our schedules. There are no Serena Reason guides/tour managers on the tours, which are primarily designed for people travelling on their own.

Sustainability

Serena Razão is a sustainable tour operator with high standards of environmental footprints within tourism. Our sustainability measures cover both economic and environmental sustainability.

For this reason, the facilities at our company's headquarters have solar energy and a charging battery that guarantee around 70% of the energy consumed in the building.

One ticket Tours offers attractive tours of a spectacular nature based on existing public transport systems. The main components of our tours are trains and cruise ships, minimizing the ecological footprint and maximizing the benefits of our tours. We cooperate closely with local providers of activities, transport, and accommodation, supporting them in creating long-term economic sustainability within our community.
